Self-awareness involves developing an understanding of one's emotions, feelings, and overall self, encompassing physical, emotional, and psychological aspects. Through the Improving Self-Awareness workshop, participants will learn to recognize these aspects and enhance them through various cognitive and learning styles.
By improving self-awareness, individuals can enhance self-control, reduce procrastination, and better manage their mood. Additionally, participants will improve their relationships and lead a more fulfilling life.
